Whoever said healthy food has to be boring? Most people will not trade taste for health. They will eat healthy food only if it tastes good.  If you want to eat healthy without feeling deprived, modify your favourite recipes by controlling the oil and sugar. Wherever possible, substitute the unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones.
