Apple Halwa


Here's a healthy sweet treat for you, especially those who don't like apples. Apple Halwa uses the natural sweetness of apples
Apple Halwa
Ingredients
Apples (grated) - 2
Condensed milk - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder- ¼ tsp
Clove powder - a pinch
Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
Raisins - 2 Tbsp
Ghee - 1 Tbsp

Method
Grease a non-stick pan with ghee and roast raisins in it
Keep aside
Add ghee to the pan
Combine apples, cinnamon, clove and cardamom powder  
Cook, stirring continuously on low flame
Add sugar and condensed milk
Stir until it thickens and becomes brownish
Add the raisins
Cool and serve
